Vancouver marketing consultant & business coach Andréa Coutu has a proven record in coaching, business development, strategic planning, and communications. Having run her own Vancouver marketing consulting and business planning company, Trustmode Marketing, for 25 years, Andréa knows first hand what it takes to start, run and grow a business. She also runs Consultant Journal, the leading site for independent consultants, as covered by Entrepreneur Magazine and other media outlets. An established marketer and social media specialist, Andréa is a frequent media guest, speaker, instructor and contributor.

In addition to an MBA and 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business planning, marketing and innovation, Andréa has built a depth of coaching and consulting experience. During COVID, she was developed and implemented the first online support group for entrepreneurs navigating COVID. She was then asked to develop Entrepreneurial Resiliency webinar and a six-week COVID Reboot program for Community Futures and Western Economic Development Canada. From there, she moved into COVID outreach for historically marginalized communities through a BCEDAccess, Canadian Red Cross and ISED Contract. She also developed and implemented the first entrepreneurship coaching program for Small Scale Food Processors Association. Andréa is also the author of the best-selling book, Consulting Fees: A Guide for Independent Consultants.
